Earning Her Stripes

Julie Potter, Event Manager at Bluewater Movements, had a memorable day of fishing on Sunday. She battled rough seas to catch her first wahoo! Her husband Sam joined her on a 1/2 day charter out of Hillsboro Inlet. They hooked the fish trolling in 550 feet of water straight off the Hillsboro Lighthouse. The wahoo ate a bonito strip on a planer. Julie needed 10 minutes to land the 25 pound fish. Needless to say, fresh wahoo is on the menu at Bluewater Movements!
